Carmen - Top Dog and Pack Leader Carmen is the creator and owner of Kit & Kaboodle Pet Care Service, LLC. She is also a Pet First Aid Instructor trained through Pet Tech, Inc., the first national training center dedicated to pet first aid and care for dogs and cats. Before conceiving Kit & Kaboodle Carmen spent over 13 years in Human Resources Management designing compensation programs for several Fortune 500 companies. She holds a Bachelor’s in Organizational Psychology and prior to changing careers was pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources Management at John’s Hopkins University. Carmen’s complete passion for animals was the inspiration for establishing the company, and continues to be her driving force. She shares her life with Jewel, Samantha and Peanut, her adopted furry children.
