The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce has announced the winners of this year’s Small Business Awards. A dinner will be held Nov. 15 at the Holiday Inn Leesburg to honor the winners and nominees.

The chamber received more than 100 nominees, and committee of about 10 members picked the winners. They include:

Home-based: Kit & Kaboodle Pet Care Service, Leesburg. Finalist: Elite Chauffeured Transportation, Purcelville.

Agribusiness: Loudoun County Home Grown Markets Association, Leesburg. Finalist: Sunnyside Farm/Sunny Day Floral, Leesburg.

Retail: Hunt County Yarns, Middleburg. Finalist: Great Maine Lobster Co., Hamilton.

Service: Bristle and Shears Hair Design, Sterling. Finalist: Eldercare Strategies, Ashbburn.

Technology: AR Group, Leesburg. Finalist: ECSI-Electronic Commerce Solutions Inc., South Riding.

Franchise or distributor: Susan Wight, of Leesburg, Mary Kay Cosmetics. Finalist: Kamie Bledsoe, of Sterling, Longaberger Baskets.

Entrepreneur: Store to Door, Ashburn. Finalist: GEO Concepts, Leesburg.

Product: Timeless Massage, Potomac falls.

Small Business: Nick Greer Antique Conservator, Purcellville. Finalist: Basket Expressions, Purcellville.
